Q: Does Fusion of Ideas ship Internationally?

Q: Why is my PO Box not working when checking out?
A: Our shipping carriers, Fedex and UPS do not allow us to ship directly to PO Boxes. Please make sure you provide a physical street address for us to ship to.
Q: Does laser etching my device void the Apple warranty?
A: No. The process is done using a laser at low power. The process is quick. clean, permanent and will vol void your Apple warranty. Its just like placing a sticker on your gadget… but permanent.
Q: Is the marking permanent
A: Laser engraving is permanent.
Q: What format should my artwork be in?
A: We prefer vector based artwork. ie. Adobe Illustrator (.ai or .eps) or Corel Draw (.cdr). We can also accept various raster image formats. (Setup fees may apply).
Q: What kind of images can I engrave?
A: Any image can be engraved. If you can print it we can engrave it. Images should be in high resolution and have clear distinct lines.
Q: How exactly does this process work?
A: When you are ready to get your gadget engraved, these are the usual steps: * Your graphics are the most important part of the process. Although we accept any type of image ((peg. .bmp, .tiff..pscl), vector based graphics (.ai, .eps) are always sharper and produce the highest results. If possible, email us your graphic before you come and we can test your image and clen it up if required It is best to have a design with clean bold lines The image will look better on the device if there is not a background. * Come in and bring your device. Its always good to call ahead to make sure there is availability for that day. * We place your item in the laser and get your artwork ready to print. * You press GO on the laser and you get to watch your device become custom and unique.
Q: How much does it cost?
A: Please contact us at 877-433-2711 for a quote. Fees are qouted upon size of graphic to be printed and quantity of devices to be printed on.
Q: What can I engrave?
A: Any personal electronic device can be engraved. We can also do custom metal business cards. plastic.signage and anything else that you would need.
